By accessing or using Callzy, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Using Callzy
Callzy is a pottery-focused community where users can create profiles, publish content, follow other potters, interact with posts, and keep a wheel log. You agree to use the app in a lawful, respectful, and responsible way.
Your account and profile
You are responsible for information associated with your profile and for activity that takes place through your use of the app. Profile information should be accurate and should not mislead others about your identity or affiliation.
Your content
You retain responsibility for the content you create, upload, or share in Callzy, including photos, videos, comments, captions, and wheel log entries. You represent that you have the rights needed to share that content and that it does not violate law or the rights of others.
By posting content in Callzy, you grant us the rights reasonably necessary to host, display, organize, transmit, and make that content available as part of the service.
Community standards
You agree not to use Callzy to:
- Post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, threatening, hateful, or sexually exploitative material.
- Harass, impersonate, or target other users.
- Interfere with the app, misuse purchases, or attempt to bypass safety or moderation tools.
- Upload content you do not have permission to share.
Comments, follows, support, blocking, and reporting
Callzy includes community interaction features such as comments, likes, follows, support actions, blocking, and reporting. You agree to use these features in good faith and not for spam, abuse, manipulation, or retaliation.
Purchases and virtual items
Callzy may offer digital items through in-app purchases, including Kiln Gems. Purchases are processed by Apple under Apple’s payment and platform terms. Digital items may be used within the app where supported by the service. They are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Pricing, availability, and product structure may change. Refunds, if available, are handled according to Apple’s policies and applicable law.
Safety and enforcement
We may review reports, investigate misuse, restrict access to content or features, or suspend or terminate access when needed to protect the community, enforce these terms, or comply with law.
Account deletion and termination
You may stop using Callzy at any time. The app also provides an account deletion option through settings. We may limit or end access to the service if these terms are violated or if continued access creates safety, legal, or operational risk.
Disclaimers and liability
Callzy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or the accuracy of user-generated content. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the app.
