- Account and profile information such as your username, profile image, and bio.
- Content you create or upload, including posts, photos, videos, wheel log entries, comments, and related captions or notes.
- Community activity such as likes, follows, support actions, reports, and blocked accounts.
- Purchase-related information needed to process in-app purchases and deliver virtual items such as Kiln Gems.
- Device and app usage information that helps us operate, secure, measure, and improve the app.
How we use information
We use information to operate and improve Callzy, including to:
- Create and manage user profiles.
- Display and organize posts, short videos, comments, and wheel log content.
- Enable interactions such as likes, follows, comments, support actions, blocking, and reporting.
- Process purchases, maintain balances for virtual items, and respond to purchase-related issues.
- Protect the community, investigate misuse, and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
- Improve recommendations, app performance, reliability, and product quality.
Permissions and device access
Callzy may request access to certain device features when needed for app functionality:
- Camera access to take photos and videos for posts, profiles, and wheel logs.
- Microphone access to record audio when creating videos.
- Photo library access to select photos and videos for posts, profiles, and wheel logs.
- Tracking permission, where available and allowed by you, to measure promotion performance and improve content recommendations.
You can manage these permissions in your device settings.
Purchases and payment information
When you purchase digital items in Callzy, payment processing is handled by Apple through its in-app purchase system. We may receive transaction details such as product identifiers, purchase status, and information required to deliver purchased items and support purchase-related features. We do not receive your full payment card details from Apple.
How information may be shared
Information may be shared in the following ways:
- With other users when you publish a profile, post, video, comment, or other visible content in the app.
- With service providers and platform partners that help us support purchases, measurement, security, technical operations, and app delivery.
- When required by law, legal process, or to protect users, Callzy, or the public.
- As part of investigating abuse, fraud, safety issues, or violations of our terms.
Your choices
You may be able to:
- Edit profile information such as your username, avatar, and bio.
- Control what you post, comment on, follow, or support.
- Block other users and limit what you see from them in the app.
- Delete your account through the settings area of the app.
- Manage device permissions through your operating system settings.
Children
Callzy is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to use the service without parental consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information in violation of applicable law, please contact us.
